Refund and Cancellation Policy

Product demos and trial access, where offered, are provided free of charge and are not eligible for refunds, as no payment is collected.

You may cancel your HetuBiz ERP subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain access until that date.

Refunds are available only for on-premises (on-prem) installations of HetuBiz ERP. Requests made within a reasonable period of initial purchase, where the software has not been substantially used, may be eligible for a full or partial refund at our discretion. Cloud-hosted subscriptions are not eligible for refunds, as access is billed on a recurring basis for as long as the subscription remains active. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods, or for custom implementation or onboarding fees already incurred.
