These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HetuBiz website (hetubiz.com), our ERP software platform, and any related mobile applications (collectively, the "Service"), operated by M/S Triumph Infotech ("HetuBiz," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You must be legally authorized to represent your business to request a demo, subscribe to, or use HetuBiz ERP, and you agree to provide accurate information and to use the Service only for lawful business purposes.

If HetuBiz ERP requires a login, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

All content on our website and within the HetuBiz ERP platform, including software, text, graphics, logos, and the HetuBiz brand, is the property of M/S Triumph Infotech or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our written permission.

Subscription tiers, billing cycle, currency, and applicable taxes such as GST will be confirmed with you directly during onboarding. Continued access to the Service is contingent on timely payment. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's data, upload malicious code, spam, or content that infringes on third-party rights, or reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service without authorization.

Our website uses Google reCAPTCHA, governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and links to WhatsApp for customer communication. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their own terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for reliability, we do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, M/S Triumph Infotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
